After several weeks (or months) of seeing all the great features of the newest action camera on the market we decided it was time to upgrade our gear.
We’ve been longtime fans of the DJI brand, going all the way back to our first drone in 2017: the DJI Phantom 3 Professional.
So when this company released their first line of 3-axis cameras and action cameras we jumped on board to add them to our arsenal.
We’ve owned, and loved, the original Osmo Pocket as well as the Pocket 2, along with the original Osmo Action camera.
These camears went everywhere with us and served many purposes.
They filmed vlogs for Free Sports Press, captured content for Stolen Moments Photography, as well as put together content for a virtual “Leadership Breakfast” when the world stood still back in 2020.
Along with many other personal adventures over the years.
But we’ve decided to sell off that gear and invest in the Insta360 Ace Pro line. We feel this could be a solid camera to function both for action purposes as well as vlogs.
And with a few possible adventures coming up this year already we can’t wait to try it out!
We’re not one to do product reviews but this could be an instance where we give one, so be on the lookout for that coming later this fall as we’d like to give it a solid 6-months of use before offering our thoughts.
