How far in advance should I book a session or event?

For weddings and large events, we recommend booking 3–6 months in advance. For smaller projects or portrait sessions, 2–4 weeks is usually sufficient. However, we’re happy to accommodate last-minute bookings when possible.

What is your pricing structure?

Pricing depends on the type, duration, and complexity of the project. Most of our services offer various packages/tiers with varied “bells and whistles” in each.  We offer:

  • Hourly rates for short sessions or events

  • Half-day and full-day packages for larger productions

  • Custom quotes for commercial work or ongoing content needs

Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50% of the total cost) is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is usually due by the shoot date or in installments, depending on the project.

How long does it take to receive the final photos or video?

Turnaround time varies by project type:

  • Portraits & small sessions: 7–14 business days

  • Weddings & events: 3–6 weeks

  • Commercial video editing: 1–4 weeks, depending on scope

We also offer rush delivery options when needed, for an additional fee.

Can I request specific shots or styles?

Absolutely! We encourage clients to share reference images, mood boards, or shot lists ahead of time. During our pre-shoot planning, we’ll discuss your goals, preferences, and style to ensure we capture your vision.

What if the weather is bad for an outdoor shoot?

We monitor weather conditions closely and will reach out to discuss options if rain or other issues arise. We typically offer free rescheduling within a flexible window or indoor alternatives when possible.

Do you travel for shoots?

Yes! We regularly serve clients across Colorado and beyond. Travel fees may apply for destinations outside a 30-mile radius of our base in Colorado Springs. We’re available for out-of-state and international travel with advanced booking.

What equipment do you use?

We use high-end professional gear including:

  • Full-frame Nikon DSL cameras

  • DJI drones and gimbals for steady and difficult shots

  • Studio lighting and portable modifiers when necessary

  • 360 camera can be used to capture “hard to produce” edits

  • 4K video rigs with professional audio for clear, crisp sound

Will I receive all of the raw files?

We do not typically provide raw files as they are unprocessed and not representative of our final quality. However, we’re happy to include a curated selection of high-resolution edited files. Extended usage or licensing rights can be discussed during your booking process.

How do you deliver your photos/videos?

We have a secured, online gallery for all of our clients.  You will be given a password for your specific gallery and the contents of that gallery will remain online for as long as you need them.

From your gallery you can also order prints and other products from your photo shoots delivered directly to you, completely hassle free.
