Thank you for choosing Rocky Mountain Media! We aim to make the payment process seamless and secure for all our clients. Please review the following payment terms and policies.
Invoicing & Payment Gateway
All invoices are sent via Square, a secure online payment gateway. You will receive an email invoice with a direct link to make your payment using a debit or credit card.
Deposit Requirements

Minimum Deposit: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your shoot date.

Higher Deposits: Some services or large-scale productions may require a higher deposit, which will be clearly outlined in your invoice.

Due Date: The deposit must be paid upon receipt of the invoice to confirm your booking.
Final Payment

Due: The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot. Other arrangements can be made for extenuating circumstances.

Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, check, or credit/debit card (via the same Square invoice or in-person).
Convenience Fee
A 3.5% convenience fee is applied to all Square invoices to cover processing costs. This fee is automatically included in the total amount shown on your invoice.
