All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. Once services are rendered or products are delivered, we cannot offer refunds.

Faulty USB Flash Drives
If you receive a USB flash drive that is not working, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact us with details and proof of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Satisfaction with Your Shoot
We strive to ensure you’re satisfied with the results of your session. If you’re not happy with your final photos or video, we offer the following options:

  • Complimentary Mini Session: A one-time, shortened reshoot session at no additional charge to address specific concerns.

  • Full Reshoot Option: If you would prefer to completely redo your session, you may do so at a discounted rate of 50% off the original session fee.
